PRESIDENT - Scott O'Neill

Scott has over 13 years experience in the moving and relocation industry and has been one of United Van Lines’ most productive sales people during the past decade. Scott is a member of the Worldwide ERC and holds a CRP and GMS designation. He is also a member of PNWRC. Scott is a graduate of Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

During his 4 years in the relocation industry, Michael has held positions at two Fortune 200 corporations. Michael has held the PHR certification since 2003 and is actively involved with ERC and regional relocation councils.

TREASURER - Kayla Soleglad

Kayla is currently a consultant for Relocation and Immigration. She began her career with Tektronix, Inc. in 1994. She was responsible for Domestic and International Relocation, Foreign Assignments and U.S. Immigration programs at Tektronix. Kayla is a member of ERC and regional relocation councils. She is a graduate of South Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Education.

Jocelyn Rockstrom joined BlackStar Relocation (formerly Air Van) in 2006 to launch their relocation division, American Pacific Relocation. Prior to her move to American Pacific Relocation, Jocelyn managed the relocation program for Con-way. She holds a PHR designation and has been an active member on the board of the Pacific Northwest Relocation Council (PNwRC) since 2002. Jocelyn is a graduate of Western Washington University and has her degree in Accounting.

Patrice (CRP, GMS) is Director of Relocation and Corporate Services for The Hasson Company Realtors in Portland, Oregon. She has directed relocation and corporate services for approximately 30 years in California and Oregon. Patrice is a member of ERC and RDC.

Jana (Membership Co-Chairperson) is the General Manager for US Suites, a corporate housing company. Jana has been with US Suites for 10 years. She has 2 daughters ages 17 and 12 and gives many hours volunteering in their various activities includes Girl Scouts and High School Dance Team. Jana has been married for 20 years and during that time relocated on 5 different occasions making Portland their home for the past 11 years.

Beth is President of Archibald Relocation LLP. Formerly the Vice President of Relocation and Business Development for PNW RELO. She has been a very active contributor in the Relocation Industry since 1984 as a trainer, author, speaker and member of several Relocation associations. Recently, she served as President for the Employee Relocation Council (ERC)as well as holds the SCRP and GMS desinations. She is also member of the Portland Board of Realtors, the Portland Oregon Chamber of Commerce, and the Beaverton Oregon Chamber of Commerce and consults to the State of Oregon Economic Development Department, OAR State Representative and the Portland Development Commission.

Delayne Hill-Romson is President and Managing Director of International Expatriate Consulting, Inc., based in Vancouver, Washington. She has been actively involved in the Relocation industry since 1986 where she managed International and Immigration for Apple Computer, inc. In 1995 she launched her business and consulting career. She holds the SCRP and GMS designation from ERC, and is a GMS Faculty Member; is a member of SHRM; Member of EuRA and holds the CERP1 European designation.
